The Outbreak Readiness and Staff Retention webinar will help you prepare for a resilient facility and staff. This event will be presented by board-certified infection preventionists from Health Quality Innovators who have teamed up with experts from the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS).

It is imperative that assisted living facilities (ALFs) and adult day centers (ADCs) prepare for outbreaks and other unplanned events, as well as the impact they could have on staff. Each facility should assess its risk and implement the necessary measures at a level most appropriate for their population to ensure the safety of residents/participants and staff.
