Migrant Labor Camps are permitted and inspected under the authority of the Rules and Regulations Governing Migrant Labor Camps.  Inspections of these facilities focus on water supply, sewage disposal, housing, and garbage pick-up.

Regulations and Statutes

The standards which govern migrant labor camps in Virginia span both state and federal regulation. In addition to meeting Virginia Regulations, migrant labor camp are permitted utilizing either the OSHA or ETA Standards listed below.
