Back to School Immunization Clinics for Rising 7th and 12th Graders!

Our Mobile Clinic Unit will be offering back-to-school immunizations this summer for rising 7th and 12th graders.

If your student is insured, they may have other options to get their immunizations faster through a pediatrician or pharmacy. Visit this webpage for updates on MCU location, dates, and times.

Who: Rising 7th and 12th graders only living in the Prince William Health District.

When: Weekly basis (date and times updated weekly)

Where: Locations will be announced in advance in the calendar below.

How: Walk-in only, first come first served, as vaccine supplies last.

Appointments: Not available. Walk-in only.

Immunizations offered:  

  • HPV
  • Tdap
  • Meningococcal (MenACWY)

What to Bring

Following items:

  • Student’s immunization record(s).
  • Current health insurance or Medicaid card (if available).
  • Students aged 17 and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and should bring a valid ID if available.

Pre-Registration: Parents/Guardians are encouraged to fill out and print out the immunization consent form in advance. Available in English & Spanish. 

  • Parent/Guardian must still go with student(s) aged 17 and below to clinic even if form is filled out in advance.
  • No electronic signatures allowed.

June-July 2024:

We will be located in the parking lot! During inclement weather we may move indoors.
