Appointment Must-Haves: What to Know When Scheduling & Visiting
- Be ready to provide current immunization record when scheduling your appointment AND at time of visit.
- If you/your child have Medicaid, or private insurance, bring their current Medicaid or insurance card at time of visit.

Virginia Vaccines for Children (VVFC)
The VVFC Program ensures all children have access to routinely recommended free vaccines. Always call the provider first before going to the office.
