We want to hear from YOU! #YourHealthYourVoice
The 2024 CHA Survey is designed to learn about the top health concerns, behaviors, and resource needs of residents living in the Greater Prince William Region (Prince William County, City of Manassas, and City of Manassas Park) and neighboring counties. This 5–10-minute anonymous survey is available in English and Spanish to everyone 15 years and older. Paper copies of the survey will be available at all PWHD offices and certain partner organizations. It will be offered in other languages in October.
This survey is part of a comprehensive regional Community Health Assessment (CHA). Information is collected about what health problems are affecting community members, what services are available, and what needs to improve. We get this info from health data, surveys, community conversations, and most importantly, from YOU.
