Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it can also be stressful. Knowing that you are doing all you can to stay healthy during pregnancy and give your baby a healthy start in life will help you to have peace of mind.

Before pregnancy remember to take folic acid every day. Take a multivitamin with 400 micrograms of folic acid. It will help reduce the baby’s risk of birth defects of the brain and spine! When you find out you are pregnant see a doctor early in your pregnancy and keep all prenatal appointments.
