Clinical Services

Clinical Services offers a multitude of affordable services to the community everyday in an effort to support the mission of the health department. Alongside clinical services there are assistive programs that encourage a healthy and safe community. These programs range from Family Planning to Well Child programs. Family Planning Services

The Family Planning program provides women and men with the ability to decide if they want to have children and if so, how many and how far apart they want to space them. Services are provided to everyone regardless of race, age, citizenship status or income. All services are affordable and charges for service are income based. Social Security numbers are not required nor proof of residency in the county or city where services are provided.

The Family Planning clinic offers services that include: 

  • Pap smear – as determined by the clinician
  • Breast examination/education on self breast exam

Birth control Methods: 

  • Pills
  • Depo-Provera 3 month shot NuvaRing
  • Diaphragm Condom/Spermicide
  • Long Term Contraceptives such as Mirena, ParaGard (IUD) and Implanon (IUD) when available. Please note that Patients that require LRCs must be seen at the Family planning clinic for a consultation and must be established patients with the Family planning Clinic.

Immunizations

Routine immunizations are by appointment for infants, children, teens, and adults. Please bring all immunization records with you and present them at the time of registration.

Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Screening AND PPD READING
