Russell County Health Department Closed Temporarily June 14-19, 2022 For Relocation
(Lebanon, VA) – The Russell County Health Department, located at 75 Rogers St., Lebanon, will be closed June 14-19, 2022, to move its offices to a new location. During the week-long closure, residents may still receive assistance or get questions or concerns addressed by calling (276) 415-3340.
Beginning June 20, the health department will reopen in its new location within the Government Center at 139 Highland Drive, Suite A, in Lebanon. In addition to being more centralized, the new offices will also offer additional space to better serve the community.
“By moving the Russell County Health Department to the Government Center, we will offer our residents a more convenient and spacious location to take advantage of the valuable public health information and services we are able to offer our communities,” said Noelle S. Bissell, M.D., acting director of the Mount Rogers, Cumberland Plateau and LENOWISCO Health Districts.
