Mount Rogers Health District, Partner Agencies Kick-Off Grayson County Community Health Assessment

(Marion, Va.) – To address top concerns in the community, Mount Rogers Health District is inviting community members and partner agencies to take part in the Grayson County Community Health Assessment (CHA) starting on Wednesday, June 1.

Partner agencies, including Grayson County, Twin County Regional Hospital, Grayson County Department of Social Services, Mount Rogers Community Services, United Way of Southwest Virginia, and others will discuss strengths, challenges, and barriers, in addition to setting priority goals to improve the health of those living in Grayson County.

Community input is valued and encouraged, and residents are invited to attend the CHA meetings and fill out the community assessment survey. The Mount Rogers Health District community assessment survey is located at https://redcap.link/CHA. Printed surveys are available upon request.

The meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Grayson County Board of Supervisors conference room, 129   Davis Street, Independence.
