This internal web page serves to provide you with on-boarding information you need as a new volunteer to support Virginia’s COVID-19 response efforts.
All new MRC volunteers are required to complete a new volunteer orientation training before they can be considered deployable. Look below to find which orientation you should attend based on your MRC unit.
Unit specific orientations:

- LOUDOUN MRC – start HERE to take your orientation and complete your quiz.
- GREATER RICHMOND MRC – start HERE to take your orientation.
- NEAR SOUTHWEST MRC (Central Virginia, New River, Pittsylvania/Danville, Roanoke/Alleghany, & West Piedmont) – start HERE to take your orientation
- FAR SOUTHWEST MRC (Cumberland Plateau, Lenowisco and Mount Rogers) – Start HERE to take your orientation
EVERYONE ELSE should complete the State Orientation via the option below:
