Registration Requirements: Join colleagues and partners fromacross the country in person in the Mile High City thisSeptember for the GHSA 2021 Annual Meeting. This year’s theme, “MovingMountains: Forging a New Traffic Safety Landscape,” speaks to important andcritical challenges we face as we emerge from a year of pandemic-related restrictionsthat changed the way people work, interact and travel.
General sessions will consider the rise in speedingduring the pandemic, the need to improve equity in traffic enforcement andhow states, law enforcement and first responders can prepare for automatedvehicles. Breakout workshops will examine timely traffic safety issues such asimpaired driving, speeding, pedestrian safety, equitable enforcement andfederal highway safety efforts. A list of workshop topics is available here. Attendees will come away with concreteideas to implement in their own work. The meeting provides a wide range ofsponsorship, partnership and exhibit opportunities for organizations to gainvisibility and access a key group of highway safety leaders.
