State Employee Benefits The Commonwealth offers multiple benefits to state employees from health benefits to paid leave and flexible work schedules.

Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign
The Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign is the state employee workplace giving program that supports over 1,300 local, state, national and international charities. Since its founding in 1997, the campaign has raised over $ 37 million.
Employee Assistance Program
All health plans offered to state employees and their dependents have employee assistance programs (EAPs) for such services as mental health, alcohol or drug abuse assessment, child or elder care, grief counseling and legal or financial services.
Veterans Outreach
This site provides links to a variety of resources for veterans, including employment opportunities and assistance, veteran services and upcoming events related to veterans.
CommonHealth Wellness Program
For more than 25 years, the CommonHealth Employee Wellness program has encouraged healthy lifestyle choices.
Weight Watchers
The Commonwealth of Virginia offers Weight Watchers at special pricing to state employees, spouses and adult dependents. Eligible employees may participate in the subsidy program.
