State-Certified Doula Reimbursement and Resources

State-Certified Doula Medicaid Reimbursement

I am a Doula Training Entity and want to be on the approved Doula Trainer List!

  • Check to see if your Doula Training Entity is already listed on the list of approved Doula Training Entities here.
  • Review the required 60 hours of training on the education and training topics listed here, and determine which education/training topic(s) your organizations can offer. Training entities are not required to provide instruction on all education/training topics in order to be considered. Instruction may be offered in person, online with an instructor/facilitator (synchronous), or online self-directed by the student (asynchronous).
  • Complete the Doula Training Entity application, and select the education/training topics for which you are applying. Attach copies of your curriculum materials to the application. Applications must include the required fee ($50-$150).
  • Once approved, you will receive an email notification, and a certificate will mailed to you within 10 business days.
  • Once approved, you will be automatically listed on the list of Doula Training Entities.
