Description: Learn common signs and symptoms of substance use and mental health challenges in youth, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and ADHD; how to interact with a child in crisis and connect them with help. Includes expanded content on trauma, substance use, self-care, and the impact of social media bullying.
