The MAPP Leadership Council includes representatives from district-wide agencies serving Virginia’s Planning District 10 (City of Charlottesville and Albemarle, Greene, Fluvanna, Louisa, and Nelson Counties) and representatives from community coalitions and work groups addressing the MAPP.

MAPP Locality Council

The MAPP Core Group partners with Locality partners in Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson as well as Charlottesville/Albemarle Council specific to MAPP. The councils meet include representatives from local government, elected officials, nonprofits, health systems, private businesses, schools, community coalitions, and  community members.
