The 2025 Community Health Assessment is Here!
An Executive Summary of the CHA can be found here.
The Community Health Assessment (CHA)
- Is a collaborative process that brings multiple local organizations/groups and residents (like you!) together to gain the truest understanding of life in RAHD
- Looks beyond the traditional medical definition of health (i.e. the healthcare system) to examine the social determinants of health such as housing, income, employment, education, access to healthy food and more
- Provides a framework to understand the health outcomes of the RAHD by identifying important health needs and existing community assets
RAHD staff recently participated in a training and earned Visitable Advocate Certification. This certification helps us ensure accessibility and inclusion are integrated into how we serve the community. We’re looking forward to a more inclusive future!
